Climate protesters arrested outside congressional baseball Game

Yesterday, supporters of Declare Emergency joined a protest of the Congressional baseball game with @now____or_never and were arrested demanding that Biden #DeclareEmergency and take immediate action on the climate.

The Inflation Reduction Act Manchin has just approved locks in further fossil fuel exploration and expansion. This means genocide.

Petitioning, voting, banner dropping are all useless when dealing with a genocidal government. The only thing power responds to is material disruption and resistance, the consequence being arrest and imprisonment. That is what we are being called to do at this time. Will you rise to the occasion?
